*We will ask you how you wish to be contacted. Either by home phone or cell phone, by text message
or by e-mail.
* We will contact you up to three times a day, everyday, year round,
by the contact method of your choice, for a minimal fee.
* A customer service representative will work with you personally to attempt to meet any special
needs you may have.
*Processing will take one to three days. If for any reason you do not hear from us on the third
day, please let us know as quickly as possible. When you have signed up for our service, we will attempt to contact you within
fifteen minutes of the time you were supposed to take your medicine. Delays happen but we will do our best
to provide you with the highest quality service possible. Your health and your satisfaction are important to us.

When you do contact us please provide your name, phone number, and
the new time you will be taking your new medication. We will follow up any changes that are made, with a phone call to ensure
that you have authorized them.
