We at Sometimes I Forget and C.A.R.S. (Confidential American Reminder Services) want you to be completely satified with our service. If for any reason you are not completely satified, simply contact us. We may be able to resolve any issues you may have with the service. If for some reason we are unable to resolve the issue(s), you will be entitled to a full refund for th remaining months of your subscription. Any month that has already begun will not be refunded. Regardless of what day of the month you've signed up on, you will be charged for the full month; all months then begin on the first of each month.

 

 Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we will never ask you what medications you are taking, only when you would like to receive your reminders. Also any and all personal information collected, will not be shared by us, with anyone not involved in providing our service to you.

 

 Sometimes I Forget is a Confidential American Reminder Services company. All payments are to be made out to C.A.R.S., and mailed to 112 Welles Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125.
